  • Why do you need my Form 1040 and other tax documents (i.e. W-2, Form 1099, Form 1099-G, etc.)?
  • What is the Form 1040?
  • How can I get a copy of my tax information?
  • What if I requested a filing extension from the IRS?
  • What if I am not filing my taxes for this tax year?
  • What if I filed jointly?
  • Why do you need my spouse's income if I filed jointly?
  • What if I fulfilled my contract?
  • What if I am listed as a dependent on another person’s tax filing?
  • Why do I have to submit information about income earned before my graduation?
  • Why are you asking for employment start and end dates?
  • I've already submitted my tax survey for my ISA or CPP, why am I hearing from Leif?
  • How do I resolve my 'Correct Income' obligation for my ISA or CPP?
